Collecting your packed artwork from our London studio in East London is free of charge, on purchase we will drop you an email when your artwork has been packed and is ready to collect.







Occasionally our customers forget to add shipping to their order, please contact the gallery if this is the case. Please also note that Nelly Duff are not responsible for any import fees incurred in transit.


Upon purchasing a framed artwork via our website, your artwork will be sent to our framing studio and once completed will be dispatched directly from the studio via a recognised Courier Service service to arrive with you the following working day. From placing your order, it will take approximately 5-10 working days to build your frame and once complete you will be notified on dispatch.

Currently we are only offering delivery on custom framed works purchased via the website within the UK.

All of our artworks are able to be delivered within the UK.

Please ensure you unbox and check your frame as soon as you have received it, and if any damage has occurred please ensure it is reported to Nelly Duff within the first 24 hours of receipt.



Orders are collated at 9am Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 9am will not be dispatched until the following weekday. On average standard UK shipping takes up to 3 working days, but please allow up to 5 working days. All UK parcels are shipped via the Royal Mail Tracked and Signed for service. Upon dispatch you will be emailed a tracking number for your order. This service will provide up to £50 compensation for loss or damage.


Next Day orders placed before 3pm will be shipped that day, any orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched the following week day. If an artwork is shipped Next Day on a Friday, please expect it the next working day, Monday. With our Next Day service expect your order to be with you by 1pm the following day but please allow up to 6pm. Upon dispatch you will be emailed a tracking number for your order. This service will provide up to £500 compensation for loss or damage.


We are able to dispatch framed and unframed artworks via courier for same day delivery within London, so if you’re in a hurry just give us a call or email and we can get it arranged to be with you by the end of the day. Prices range from approx £25-65 for central London and upwards of that for further afield addresses. Please note artworks can only be dispatched during our opening hours.


With our international shipping service for Europe and North America please allow shipping to take from 4 to 10 working days, and if your order has not arrived after 12 working days please contact the gallery. For orders outside Europe and North America please allow from 10 to 16 working days, and if your order has not arrived after 20 working days then please contact the gallery.  All international orders are sent with DHL Express, and upon dispatch you will be emailed a tracking number for your order.


A number of our artworks are too large or fragile to be shipped using our regular services. On purchasing an oversize or fragile artwork you will be made aware of the individual packaging and shipping rates for an artwork of that nature. For certain artworks, and certain destinations in the world we provide custom quotes for shipping, if this is the case please contact the gallery. Alternatively if you would like to organise your own shipping please let us know.

SHIPPING TERMS is not responsible for international duties or taxes.

All international duties and taxes in relation to your order are the responsibility of the buyer. is not responsible for parcels damaged during shipping. Compensation for loss or damage is the responsibility, and at the discretion of the shipping provider, which Nelly Duff will oversee and pursue on behalf of the customer.

The amount and means of compensation is determined according to the shipping provider’s terms and conditions, and the nature of an individual claim. In the case that we are unable to deliver our packages to your given address (due to a lack of access to the site or an incorrect address), and the parcels are returned to us, additional payment will be required for a second shipping.

Occasionally there might be a delay in shipping your artwork; we are a small team, and some of our artworks are in storage. If this is the case you will be contacted by the gallery. observes Royal Mail’s operational hours, therefore we do not ship artworks on UK bank holidays and weekends. Parcels are sent out on the next working day.
