Inspired by the 1990’s series by the DJ Tim Westwood this print is a play on words of the people programme where people would get there cars restyled and modelled with steroes, colour ways and rims. The actual drawing is a of a Volkswagen Beetle designed by Dr Ferdinand Porsche in the 1930’s in Germany. Over 21 million Beetles were built making it the most popular car ever. It was adopted by Adolf Hitler as the Volkswagen or Peoples Car. The price new was £600 and the year of manufacture was 1953
